How? I’ve seen photo of machine’s inside, there’s nothing. You can replace m.2 or add microSD and that’s it. Compare that to “regular PC”.

I mean crippled like it is “as is”, no space to expand, tinker, swap parts. I’ve also seen a rumor it’ll have locked BIOS, but I hope that’s just a rumor.

That sucks. I hoped Valve would price it competitively to boost the sales and adoption. But why would I buy this “crippled” PC for the same price I can buy retail? The main gripe for me is Gabecube has no room for upgrade, not even second drive, nothing. Which obviously is not the case with self built PC.
Don’t get me wrong I still like the idea, but the price just must make sense.

If I had to pick just one it would be Red Dwarf. I watched it so many times I can’t even count it.
There are also some series that aired at the time I was returning from school I’d happily watch if they were on right now. Even though I’m not that interested to search for them though. Shows like Renegade, Walker Texas Ranger, Baywatch or whatever that Star Trek with captain Picard was. This is hugely influenced by time and place as our eastern block country just opened to western shows and movies and everything looked so flashy and bombastic. And everything was flashy and bombastic compared to bland and gray local production at the time.

That’s HROT on max settings and it’s fucking amazing!

Czech (and Slovak, mostly also Polish) use formal/informal you similar to German or French. (At least from my limited understanding of those.)
Formal: High schools, universities, work environment, courts, etc. You also use it when you’re speaking with older people or when you want to show respect to person you’re talking to.
Informal: Everywhere else. It is also used when you want to indirectly insult person where formal should be used.
Life hack: You can use informal absolutely everywhere when you’re old (even when it’d be very disrespectful otherwise) and nobody gives a shit.

I doubt the same hw is an option, given roughly 150W TDP on cube…

I have 2 monitor setup. Primary one is 165 Hz VA, the other is 60 Hz IPS as secondary screen for stuff like chat or background video. While the VA has some problems (it can’t catch some particular color changes in needed time-frame), it’s generally much smoother. Not just games, but in desktop workflow too. You suddenly feel your mouse is somehow smoother on one screen and feels choppy on the other. Ever since I got the 165 Hz monitor, I’m constantly thinking of upgrading the secondary one too, just for the smoothness. The only thing holding me back is it’s just more money spent when not needed, but man… the QOL surely is there and is so tempting.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for lower end system, something I could by for my kids. But given the price of other consoles, I’m a bit nervous about the final price, hence I mentally prepare myself for 1k USD so I can be (hopefully) pleasantly surprised.

For the cube I expect 1k USD minimum.

There should be one checkbox at the beginning specifying number of characters in house number. And then set of others to specify whether 1st, 2nd, … is digit, letter, other char. Aaargh, my brain hurts just by thinking how to fill this up.

I love how this 8 hour long video is called “a quick retrospective”, lol. Sure the gametime is ten times this at least, but it still made me smile.
I think this whole premise is a nothingburger. Let me see myself out, thank you.

Somehow reminds me of “Come and see” which was pretty brutal too. Not a horror, just a WW2 story, mostly based on real events, but damn… That was one tough pill to swallow.

This one hit me like a truck…

Well, unfortunately I can’t be of assist with that. I barely manage to keep my job.

Do you need any kind of help a stranger from the internet can provide?
It’s too bad Remaster lost all the vibrant colours vibe OG Oblivion had…
