I’ve been using Jellyfin for years, on different hosts. Music has never worked on any of my devices - there’s a bug where you try to play a track and it ignores you and plays the first track off the album instead. You can literally never play anything after that. To be fair, I haven’t tested this in six months, but it was a consistent bug for years before that and I’ve tried every client under the sun. Nowadays I use Jellyfin for video and Navidrome for audio instead and it’s all good.

I thought the DDG browser was Firefox with some branding and plugins?

I assume in the US people who are afraid of “home invasions” and similar rationalise that they need to be able to access a weapon in an emergency without being slowed down by rules like that. Which does make sense, if you live in a post-apocalyptic video game.

I’ve heard the name but have not spent the time to find out what it is. I thought it was some immutable distro. I think the same about bazzite and catchy (sp?) which are other distros I see mentioned from time to time and believe are immutable and flatpak-y and that’s all I know. I realise I’m just one data point but I never see a lot about these sorts of distros in my general browsing.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with declining birth rates when your population is so oversized. If you try the “there’s nobody to look after the old people” argument, that’s infrastructure and priorities, not an actual resource shortage.

I don’t know much about them, but did they claim they owned them? I imagine a lot of people would rent those sorts of cars whenever they wanted them rather than own them outright with all the hassle that involves, and you’d need to be fairly well off to do either.

It asks if they have a warrant - it doesn’t say whether that is one or the only requirement for entry. It’s just a question, right?

If it’s down to the literal words and not the sentiment, there’s nothing to stop the vampire from inventing their own language and teaching it to local villagers, where the sound or symbols,“no” mean, “please come in”.

If I had to have cola I’d probably prefer 250ml or 330ml depending whether I was sitting at a table or climbing a hill.
