I don’t have a steam deck, but my understanding is that would work pretty well. Might be overkill though, I emulate GameCube games with few problems on an android phone from a few years ago with a cheap Bluetooth controller

At least you didn’t spend $40k for the privilege
A lot of people, particularly reactionary right wingers, use it to mean good times make effeminate men who respect women and ruin things for said reactionary men’s unwashed undatable asses.
That’s a bigger screen than my pixel 6a, which is borderline unusable one handed for me. I’m in the market for a new, smaller phone, but unless they’ve warped space to get this thing smaller I don’t know how it completes against all the non ‘mini’ phones which will be mere millimeters larger
Eggs are about $4.50 near Charlotte, NC for the cheapest dozen in budget stores like Aldi as of a few days ago. About 6 months ago they were closer to $1.35, so this is a massive increase for us even if it’s cheap compared to other parts of the country.
$4 for the cheapest at the cheapest grocery store near Charlotte, NC. Limit 2 per customer too
Except it went dark before the law had a chance to be enforced, and was back up before trump was ever in office and able to use executive orders. So points 3 and 4 have nothing to do with the actual law and are decisions completely from within tiktok
My cat did this in many cars until I got an EV. No idea what’s different, but I’ve tested it in a relative’s series hybrid and he gets a bit annoyed for a few minutes and then settles in electric, but still complains for hours in gas or parallel hybrids
Would love something like this for field notes, though for my uses a eink screen would be preferable. Hopefully this or the equivalent takes off and we can start getting fun variables in the future!
Doesn’t the congestion revenue explicitly help fund public transportation? Which would help mitigate a lot of the issues you bring up, there will for sure be growing pains but with smart decisions should adapt to the needs of traffic
I’m not sure how you’re doing it but using more teabags for less time in hot water will give you better flavor intensity without the more bitter tannins leeching out.
Try boiling your water, add an extra teabag from your normal amount, and then only steep the tea in it for like 3-4 minutes and see how you like that. I like both liptons or roses tea (just normal versions), neither of which are high quality but are widely available and cheap, with this method.
Yes, I 100% do. If R or D was arbitrarily assigned to everyone at birth, then no it wouldn’t make sense, but this isn’t a double-blind control study. Roughly 2/3 of those who never attended college–which for many reasons (reading comprehension, exposure to new ideas, exposure to media literacy training) probably correlates pretty strongly with ability to spot misinformation–voted R in the last election. 2/3 of those with advanced degrees–the other end of that spectrum–voted D.
OS X and iOS are completely different beasts, iOS is a closed off nightmare whereas OSX is basically just stable pretty Linux missing a few packages and costing more
Counterpoint, I grew up at a time when Mac’s still couldn’t do much outside of what apple specifically developed for them, so I learned a ton about emulation and virtual machines and such to play games or use Photoshop. I guess that supports your hypothesis, I can rock Unix command line stuff and containers like a pro, but hate figuring out drivers
I think you probably got down voted by Canadians who don’t want to be associated with the US fwiw
This isn’t a young person problem and it isn’t new, it’s just getting worse. See Fox news on Trump 8 years ago or more through now
For sure, though I get the op point that at least Trump pretends to promise them something unlike every other group
I’m sure you’re right but as someone who’s been hit by all of these except the scooter only the car really hurts
Lot of good info here already, but here’s a quick easy potato that I fall back on a lot:
-take your potato, wash it well, and poke a few holes in it all over with a fork or whatever you have
-microwave it for ~2-4 minutes, flip, and do another 2-4 depending on how strong your microwave is and how big of a potato. If it isn’t cooked through (completely soft), flip and do another round until it is
-bam, 4-8 minute baked potato. Cut open and put margarine in it, a bit of salt, green onion, whatever. Sour cream/cottage cheese/other cheese are a great way to make it tastier and make it a complete source of protein, mayonnaise probably isn’t as good for you but tastes similar, is easier to find cheap/free in squeeze packs, and if you can score unopened jars is shelf stable for a long time so you can have it on hand for tighter times.
