My container updated to 12 overnight. I have jellyfin ignore installed and its still listed as active. Its version 0.5.0.0

Mine kicked off overnight. I’m running jellyfin as a container in Podman, which is configured to check nightly for updates.

So far no issues. I only noticed it updated because it synced all the media to my clients, instead of just new files. Looks like the media scan took around 4 hours instead of the normal 1, but it finished cleanly. As a note I manually cleaned and updated my jellyfin sqlite database about a month ago, so my install might be in an “easy” state compared to most.

New UI is clean and efficent in the app, seems snappy. Most of the common plugins (I.e introskipper, etc) are fully updated. I have a couple added from various one off repos, and they all seem enabled.

Yeah, if you are also going to do a new roof, metal roofs work really well with common panels and last 50 years or more. You can just clamp the panels to the seams, making the solar install very simple.

Solar shingles are an insane 10x premium for aesthetics, at best. They are just an inferior, way more expensive, locked in product at worst.

The annoying but workable answer is to run two instances, one for each language.

Anker soundcore. They run in the $30-99 range, have all sorts of types that include buds, over the ear, etc. Some models have decent ANC. They also support being paired to 2 devices at once, which is really nice if you use your earbuds with more than one device. Lots of high end models still weirdly dont support dual connections like these $60 earbuds.

I use the sport x20 model mostly because I hate “stick in” earbuds. The ANC on them is solid for the train or general commuting, but isn’t up there with brands like Bose/Sony. Good enough for an office environment in my experience, but not “full” silence.

Thats pretty much what already happens in films. Most people work on one of them and then have to be rehired for the next.

I think we are viewing the same tells with a different levels of impact. I can see where you are coming from, but I still disagree. I’ll say its at least an allegory, maybe more.

Personally, I still think the universe colors/her suit/flags/pin all point to the same allegory, and aren’t individual tells hinting at her being trans. I can see it as a “the writers wanted to, but the suits shut it down” situation, which is maybe the same thing, but if its not there, its not there.

Again, cool either way with me, I just dont see her as trans in canon.

I’m happy either way, but I personally don’t see it. There isn’t enough of the day to day of that journey in the movies, especially with how heavily shes featured in the 2nd one.

We know a lot about her life between the 2 films, and besides her being fucking awesome, no elements touch on her being on puberty blockers or having gone on that specific personal journey of discovery. With how intensely emotional and human these films are, and how focused they are on family, I just can’t see them hiding all the literal trans moments to just have allusions and allegory instead.

I don’t think the trans themes in the movies(the color of her dimension mirroring the trans flag/etc) are literal, more that her journey is an allegory for the trans journey.

Her arc involves discovery herself, losing friends, hiding who she is from her parent, being abandoned when her true self is revealed, finding a found family, and finally reconciling with her parent when they finally accept her.

Its a trans arc, but is more shared experience that makes it roots clear than a literal statement of gender.

Its 3-4 drinks in, at least. The open white claw and vodka bottle in the car also not a good sign, as is the fact that he was passed put at the wheel.

I’ve discovered lots of great Canadian products, hardbite chips, Tough duck clothing, all sorts of alchohol, Presidents choice products are surprisingly good all around. Coke is the only tricky one for us, but atleast it’s canned in Canada and is more of an international brand now.

Drinking from the tank is actually a recommendation in emergencies when water is cut off. The tank has clean water in it by default and should be full at all times.

You seen to have glossed over the fact that Wildberries had a specific “things to kill Ukrainian” tag in their store, so its not a 1:1 comparison.

But yes, the US probally shouldn’t get into a war of choice with a foreign power within range of any Amazon warehouses. They would indeed be a valid target, albeit one more nebulous than the “buy these things to kill those specific people” storefront that is Wildberries.

Russians should be outraged that the war continues, but Ukraine is entirely within its right to target wartime logistics hubs that are directly equipping enemy soldiers, no matter the coat of paint on it, or whether that logistic hub also sells candy bars and t-shirts.

Yes. Military logisitics hubs are valid targets in war. The same way Iran targeting Amazon’s datacenters in UAE/Bahrain were valid targets, as Israel/US use AWS for targeting Iran.

Ecommerce sites that do not want to be targeted should not sell or ship wartime goods. Wildberries was specially egregious, as it had a dedicated tag called “Everything for the SVO” that was just for supplying soldiers in the Ukraine war, but all companies who do are valid targets.
