You could try getting a grill and cooking outside. Grilled food tastes really good and you dont have to worry about the kitchen catching on fire.

I really enjoy Tumbleweed. I’ve been using it for about 18 months now without issue. One thing to note though is that TW only packages production release Nvidia drivers. This means you will not have the 555 or 560 drivers that make Wayland usable by default. You can always install the latest drivers with the run file provided by Nvidia. Some people also use the CUDA repo to get the newer drivers. However, I’d think both of these options may be the type of tinkering you are trying to avoid.
Overall I think TW is a great distro but it may be a bit more setup for Nvidia gaming on Wayland than you are looking for. If you’re down with doing a little tinkering or gaming on X give it a shot. You can always roll back if something gets messed up.
Oh nice I’ll have to check that one out
I enjoyed Dark(German), Deutschland 83(German), and Gomorrah(Italian)
Osrs and WoW both run on Linux if you want something addictive lol. Bottles seems to work best for battle.net stuff.
Oh yeah I’m on X11 for now, waiting on nvidia to be ready before trying wayland again. AMD users should be fine to use wayland though.
Rolling but feels very stable. Packages go through a testing phase before release to make sure they work properly. I really like getting all the newest updates and features.
openSUSE Tumbleweed is pretty comfy. Btrfs snapshots enabled by default so it’s really hard to break it. I’ve been using it for about 8 months now and haven’t had any big issues.
Try out bottles, I use it for wow and ubisoft stuff
I have discord installed from the flatpak. Screen sharing works but it doesn’t share audio from the applications. Discord-screenaudio and web browser discord have been suggested to me but they don’t work with unfocused push to talk. I’ve also tried xwaylandvideobridge but that didn’t stream the audio either.
Oh nice! I wonder if this will fix discord streaming audio?
This post showed up on my all feed so I don’t know much about these keyboards. I have a couple questions
Are they actually comfortable to type on?
Is there a replacement for all the missing keys? I don’t see any F keys, navigation keys, or num pad on these boards.
Seems like lots of function is given up to have a cool looking tiny keyboard but maybe they are useful for something I don’t know much about.
Nice lol. My questions were:
Is it larger than a Toyota Corolla? 👎
Does it use power? 👍
Is it used in the kitchen? 👍
Does it cook food? 👍
Is it a microwave? 👍
The zflip5 looks really nice with the big cover screen. I’ve had the 3 since launch and it still works well. Best thing about it is the small pocket size and being able to put keys and other stuff in my pocket without scratching the screen up.
I don’t see why not. Lots of new cars have these features built in.
I swapped from windows to Opensuse Tumbleweed recently. Seems like a really nice distro. Frequent updates and easy rollbacks if something breaks. Luckily I haven’t had to use that feature yet but it’s nice knowing I have it. Yast is also great for changing system settings with a gui instead of using konsole for all that.
Counter Strike 2 and WoW have been running great.
Nice setup. I’d be worried about swinging the door into the vertical monitor though
I started watching Line of Duty. Been pretty good so far. It’s a British crime drama about an anti-corruption unit taking down bent coppers.
Have you checked out OpenSUSE Tumbleweed? Very stable rolling release. I’ve been using it for a couple years without issues.
