It’s a perfect commodity, which means it’s going to be worth the least out of anything out there.

You should know wage theft (business owners not paying their workers) is the largest form of theft. It’s not enough to have a progressive wealth tax, we need a fully funded CFPB, aggressive anti-monopoly enforcement and full union representation to prevent someone with “good business acumen” to use their market dominance unfairly.
All those services are what Mr Money Bags wants privatized so they can profit from providing those services. That’s why you hear this talk about social security - the incoming administration wants it privatized.
You’re thinking like a human, the rich are thinking like a class above the rest of the humans. Yes it’s dumb, but here we are cooking our planet at an ever increasing rate.
In b4 someone defends TYT: Cenk has basically said he is kissing ass because he thinks he can be strategic and talk them into populist economic positions. Problem is, the right uses him to say how the left has no good ideas.
If you’re referring to the legacy media, Trump is targeting them with lawsuits and threatening to pull their broadcasting license.
If you’re referring to internet media, like The Young Turks, then it has more to do with personalities not wanting to loose their relative privilege (access).
In my sect we believe in transubstantiation of the billionaire class into liquid carbon that gets pumped underground as the ultimate form of CCS (carbon rcapture?)
Edit: but the pamphlets could be all the anticapitalist verses in the Bible and Quran
Demoralize these assholes with shrines to Luigi outside their workplace. Pamphlet them with the good news of Luigi as they go to work. I think 2/3 of America found their religion that fateful day and they should know that.
Whatever you just said is like demanding a burka. It’s performative stupid.
They really are arguing that murking a CEO has more potential to change things than just about anything else.
I think the fediverse is friendly enough. Instead of competing with corporations with streamlined experiences, develop power user tools that actually improve the content on the platform. Like I do want a powerful fediverse search tool, but it doesn’t need to be built into every server.
Sounds like a badge of honor to me. Maybe it can come with it’s own blue checkmark
To be fair, the author looks like he could easily be mistaken as a ghoulish CEO walking down 5th avenue. The guy has certainly made a career being their mouth piece.
Disney tries to please the lowest common denominator, so let’s blame the lowest common denominator for Disney getting it wrong. Did I get that right?
I always knew those wanting to end no-fault divorces were pinko commies this whole time!
They mentioned sustained pamphleting, that sounds interesting. Anyone got some examples on hand?
So it seems if it comes before the supreme court and they think you are willfully not paying, they can imprison you: https://www.npr.org/2014/05/21/313118629/supreme-court-ruling-not-enough-to-prevent-debtors-prisons
His own staff had data that showed he would have lost even more electoral votes, giving Trump 400 instead of the 312. Biden is not aware of this data though. Kind of makes you think his staff is still heavily censoring what he sees.
You’re right that we should not simply go with the strategy devised by corporate consultants or their parties. Flexibility of action means that you don’t stick with the same strategy election after election. It means your actions reflects your local context. It means that real strategy is different from what we’ve been told is “strategic”.
Whatever, I’m just saying don’t expect to win tomorrow’s game with yesterday’s rules. If that’s a bad faith argument, so be it.
The truth of it is someone like Luigi could probably never touch a billionaire, only their lackeys.
