Why is it in the 2000’s it took 30-60 seconds to open, Word, Photoshop, Gimp or some other program. With today’s computing power it still takes 30-60 seconds to open same said programs… Also fuck MS Teams.

I don not know of no 30 million blad razor to.
Safty razors! Why would anyone spend 20$ on the new fangled 30 million blade razor that mighy last one shave? When you can spend pennies even if you change blades every shave.

I used to do more but when something bricks and you have to reinstall everything it got to be a pain. So i just change a few things and learn to live with the default most the time. I would love some kde settings file ( a single file not 30 or whatever) that I could save to some cloud that would save everything. Mouse accel keyboard settings window size color… even default apps. I would even like it to list downloaded apps. Im fine with it not saving app settings but just downloading the app automagicly would be cool.

There are other sections that parts of the constitution can be suspended durring times of emergamcy and some parts that can not be suspended. Also it says the their parlement and presedent are resposibal for calling and holding elections. If they chose not to do so in time of emergancey its within their power. Lack of mental stimulation ( I would also add sence of acomplishment to go with that mental stimulation.) People like to solve problem and feel good about solving those problems. When you have nothing to engage your brain it turns to other things even when those things arnt real. If you do do things with your brain but you never get any reward for it you tend to look for more extream things.

My dog only gets up and goes to the door when someone knocks if it’s pizza. Any other time mail, Amazon, door dash, Uber eats, no care in the world that someone is at the door. Pizza she is right there before they even knock.
I am using https://duplicati.com/ and https://www.backblaze.com/ ( use their b2 cloud storage its variable and 6$ a month for 1TB or less depending on how much you use) run a schedule beckup every night for my photos. It’s compressed and encrypted. I save a config file to my google so say if my house and server burn down. I just pull my config from google then redownload duplicati and boom pull my back up down. The whole set up backs up incremental so once you do the first back up its only changes that are uploaded. I love the whole set up.
Edit: You can also just pull files you need not the whole backup.
Nothing new. But I think it was 2019 China stopped taking our trash. It was no longer profitable to have someone sort it and “recycle”. I think it was Penn and Teller. A long time ago said only metals are profitable.
Maybe I should give it another shot then, it’s been a few years. But last time I used it as default to open pictures on my set up it would pop up with its image and take at least 10 seconds to load the image. I got to annoyed with it I change it to just open in my browser.
