Give it 4 years (at least) of non-stop increasing fascism under Republicans and people will begin having a more favorable view of Democrats.
Then give it a few more years for dumbass Americans to forget all about the darkness and vote their abusers back in because Democrats didn’t fix every problem known to man.
We’re not asking Dems to deliver a utopia, but to have standards that go beyond “normalcy”. Those dumbass Americans have standards, that is why more people didn’t vote for Trump than did.
Not when it is legal and profitable to spread misinformation and our courts and parties are impotent against the many systemic threats that exists. Like people have been sounding the alarm for a while now.
Well, considering Americans went with an anti-democratic felon rapist instead of a run-of-the-mill Democrat, it certainly appears Americans have an unrealistically high standard for Democrats, or they simply go with fascist rapists instead.
But hey, guess we’ll learn the hard way to temper our expectations.
