      Agreed, I read this as saying that the cop would otherwise have got away with it & that this was a /bad/ thing.

    I don’t know how to categorize this one. outwardly it’s a jokey baby care book for new parents who lean a bit too hard into fucking loving science, but I can’t shake the icky feeling I’m getting from a bunch of the book supposedly being cognitive tests and the need to benchmark your own flesh and blood like a video card? yeah typing this out I’m starting to drift towards this being weird cult shit
