    It never meant anything anyway. The US always got waivers for everything because we apparently can’t survive without Microsoft et al

    @Sunshine This annoys me. No joined up thinking. We need digital sovereignty in Europe. We need start ups that can challenge US tech giants. We need alternatives to US tech in Europe. This move will kill anything that moves us forward
