      This. Protein is like the easiest nutrient to satisfy. The requirement is very, very low.

          if you do any serious working out you need protein supplements. I’m glad you don’t. but those of us that do find them invaluable for recovery and muscle growth.

          i don’t consume plant protein though, it’s nasty and not very good. i only do whey protein.

      I have pretty awful digestive issues, so meal replacement protein shakes are honestly one of the few options I can consistently have for lunches at work.

      It’s not all muscle-bound dudes drinking these, some of us actually need 'em. If I didn’t drink them I’d have a massive protein deficiency.
