I’m guessing that theater has been converted into a “gentlemen’s club”, and they’re running a special for two dances, assumedly of the “lap” variety, for a special price.
Correct. I used to live 8 blocks away. Never went to that one but am told they don’t serve alcohol. Which seemed weird for those kind of places.
Definitely unusual for the business, but I would imagine it’s better for the staff.
There’s laws like you can have bottomless dancers but not alcohol. Or you can have alcohol but then they have to wear pasties. Different laws in different cities and states… Or so I heard.

The best alcohol-free strip bar in BC for sure. Nothing better than some cola and dancers.
This place is greasy. “No alcohol” served, but you have to buy our girls $12 glasses of “juice” to wash down the coke.

Are those cars inside the building? I thought it was a reflection but I don’t see any cars outside where they’d cause that reflection.
The doors are tilted so the reflection of the car is just out of frame to the left. You can see the edge of the bumper on the left of the frame.
always liked the downtown theater feel and look over the mall, idk why, old timey nostalgia maybe
