    No I’m Canadian. Nobody seems to know how to solve this as far as I’m able to determine. Thanks for answering though.

    I’m on the verge of leaving my violent ex, and I’d like to keep my phone number I’ve had for 20 years. I can block his texts and calls, but he can leave his usual vile threats on my voice mail. I suppose it’s useful for legal reasons, but ugh.

      I assume you’ve looked to see if your carrier has anything similar? ATT I think made it to help with the car warranty spam calls back then.
