    I’m much more amazed at the people standing up in the open through openings on top. At least two and maybe more, including one guy on the nose.

    before i saw WW1 machinery i didn’t grasp how insane large structures could be. i think it shifted into the immaterial structures- the insanity- because just looking at them it’s clear to see where the inspiration for depicting war machines as nightmarish designs come from. that plane looks wild
