Week is going good!
Having a random Tuesday off always screws up the vibe, though.
My brother recently convinced me to start playing WarThunder, so I’ve been spending a bit more time than I would want playing that… It is fun so far, though! I have another friend who has played for a long time and we’re trying to find a time when all 3 of us can squad up. I’ve stayed up way past my bedtime every day this week, oops.

I got my flu shot yesterday, and it always makes me super drowsy and sore and lethargic the next couple days, so I’m dealing with that, too.

It’s been a roller coaster.

Monday “my” stray cat who greets me in the morning on my way to work had completely lost the use of his back legs, crawled over to me with the front two to accept the pets and defroster warmed canned food. He’d been able to walk the previous week, but something had clearly happened to cause his gait to become awkward. I’m guessing he either got hit by a vehicle or some people actively hurt him. It was raining on Monday, freezing to Tuesday. I got a new device in the mail to try out, and while it’s a bit ahead of others in the genre, it’s so bare bones I’m a bit disappointed.

So Tuesday he wasn’t around. I don’t think he managed to dry off or get to somewhere warm because of the injury. I slept early.

Wednesday he still wasn’t around, and I doubt he survived the freeze. Work kept me busy and I actually got to stream a bit of the new Lumines game.

And so far today is going well so far. I got fancy cardboard delivered and went ahead and bought probably way more than I should have.

Friday: my little stray lives. His back legs have patches of fur rubbed off from him dragging himself around for the week, but he’s still happily eating and managing to get around with a funky teetertotter motion on.

Not gonna lie, I still kinda wish this place was more chatty and lively. Like just enough so that there’s fresh conversation throughout the day. I’ve got some more memes to post but honestly, I’m a little bored of that.

I’ve been pretty lacking in energy and motivation for the last few days. Bed rotting a little too much. Hoping to snap out of it soon. Not even feeling sorry for myself or anything, just unable to able right now.

The feeling of spinning wheels for too long getting nowhere is driving me a bit bonkers, but I’m relatively fine considering I unfortunately have to live on Earth for awhile. There’s nothing dire to worry about I’m just fucking bored of what I’m about, but haven’t successfully changed lifestyles yet.

My general mood will improve once the snow starts to stick around. I get seasonal depression but it’s flipped around. I think it’s due to ambient temperature instead of sunlight for me. It snowed a little today and melted, but I could feel myself perk up slightly already. If my parents secretly adopted me from from winter fae I’m not gonna be shocked.

It’s okay. Been playing Animal Crossing because that was my birthday gift. Turns out I missed the animals. I use to play on the Wii.

Mother’s cat is doing well. The cat is here because mother is away and the cat needs medication. The cat doesn’t eat much at home, but she’s almost finished the bag of food mother sent with her. So that’s really good.

The kitten is slightly less skittish overall. She still really wants to ‘talk’ (play with) the other cat (mothers cat) but mothers cat hates other cats so they’re separated.

Losing my health insurance because of the government is going to suck ass though.
