I have a huge backlog of music I’m finally working through. Listened to Big Country then started on some Buffalo Tom.
Further down the list I have some Concrete Blonde, Television, Toy Matinee, The Outfield, and tons more.
I just discovered Amélie Farren. Her debut album Airheaded came out last month and she has handful of singles, and it’s all solid gold. Like, listen on repeat kinda stuff. Sort of ethereal and spooky but also tragic and intense. I swear when I first heard her on Monday she didn’t have a website but by Wednesday she did (though very bare-bones) so she might be just ramping up; it’s very exciting.
There’s one other song I’ve been listening to on repeat, as well: “Slow Road” by Her Crooked Heart. I’ve loved Rachel Ries for decades and while this track isn’t her newest work I just discovered it.
Old classic, new version. Which has some dark lyrics, be in the right headspace to listen.
Found this classical piano cover of TON - Anesthesia, this week. It is a heartfelt homage.
Type O Negative - Anesthesia (Cover by Nadia Kodes)

And Green Man
Old classic, original version.
Last week “Allday Project” released “One more time”. After all the HipHop influences this time a lot of Drum’n’Bass.
Olivia Dean… nice smooth vibes.
Im boring and like over half the time Im listening to tull and then like a third the time im listening to some other progressive/new wave/alternative usually older stuff. Then like 10% its kinda random from people I know playing some music or from the radio.
