The Federal Communications Commission has persuaded another major telecom company to eliminate its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs.
AT&T wrote a letter to FCC chairman Brendan Carr Monday that it is eliminating its DEI initiatives, “not just in name, but in substance.”
I expected nothing less from AT&T and I am still disappointed
“Companies should remember that abandoning fairness and inclusion for short-term gain will be a stain to their reputation long into the future.”
Because the alternatives are non-existent or not affordable.
How is internal company employment policy within the FCC’s jurisdiction?
Because the party of small government is in power, duh
Because there is no law, only a tyrant’s will.
“We don’t want skilled workers.”
Good to see another piece of shit company fold like a paper bag.
