It would be a nice option to be able to block a single post. Like the TIL bot just posted about a poor kid that was killed by a stupid nurse. I’d rather not see that. Things stupid people do kinda haunt me. I was physically disabled by an even more stupid person. It would be nice if I could avoid thinking about stuff like that. I’ll probably browse past that post 3-4 times this evening.

    It’s been an issue on the codeberg for a little while now. It is currently on the board for the next piefed version, but it has gotten bumped before. There is only so much dev time/effort to go around. However, it is on the board, so it is something we are aware of and want to make happen.

    As a stop gap to what @wjs018@piefed.wjs018.xyz mentioned, are you able to use the :hide read posts" option? I haven’t used that, I am not sure how it works, but I think at least then you wouldn’t see it. I guess you wouldn’t see other posts to follow up on then.
