Here’s a shower thought I had over how stupid this situation is: Had she actually tried to run him over, there is a chance she would still be alive today.

Here’s another shower thought: Some say that if the ICE agent feared for his life his actions are justified. But nobody seem to care that the soccer mom who was just coming back from dropping her kid to school was also fearing for her life when some ICE officer aggressively tried to open her car door. And also why should we tolerate ICE agents carelessly creating avoidable situations where innocent bystanders fear for their life to begin with? Sometimes those situations are downright created purposefully to give themselves a pretext power trip over people, even up to shooting someone and it looks like it could be the case there.

Yes, it’s all bad faith arguments to try to have an appearance of legitimacy. The simple truth is they think they have every right to murder anyone who doesn’t support them.

After seeing HIS video, I think he did it because her wife pissed him off.

Not blaming the wife at all so don’t misunderstand.

Also, Republicans have advocated that drivers should be able to run over protestors blocking roads. Even if she did hit him, I think running over a masked armed man in the road should be even more justifiable than running over protestors.

You mean the guy so not in the path of the vehicle that he felt comfortable promoting the vehicle to “uncontrolled” before casually walking away as if nothing had happened wasn’t actually run over?

    Whoever would have fucking guessed?

I don’t understand why his gun was drawn with safety off in the first place… he was looking to kill someone.

And he made sure to record the entire time, I can’t tell if he recorded her after but when he could be seen walking away after checking her body his camera was still open on his phone, I wouldn’t doubt he was itching to get footage of himself murdering a woman.

Do guns still have safties? Was that ever a real thing? I’ve only fired like 8 guns but not a single had a “safety”.

Sorry, what i mean by this is, if you draw and itvis likely ready to fire. Dawing a weapon to then have to pull or push a switch is not a thing I’ve witnessed.

The objective fact says that. Stop acting like these appeals to authority are valid arguments. All that does is allow propagandists to argue the other side and claim to be an authority.

Wouldn’t there be injuries if he was run over? Also, how can you be on your phone and doing this job, which could see a gun in your other hand?! That should count against him.
