I’m confused, possibly not reading your post correctly. Is your view critical of the articles portrayal of trump, critical of trump, critical of the news outlet, one more or all of these or something else? Just finished a shift at work with a lot of lively debate so may just need sleep.
Read the title of the AP article: THAT is false-framing.
The whole position of their article is disinformation.

Pseudojournalism’s false-framing is corroding truth every bit as much as disinformation-producers are.
& we’re going to have to replace pseudojournalism with actual-Journalism, XOR our species, as a whole, isn’t viable, in The Great Filter of the next 6-decades.
