      I’ve got around 100+ cells so far, wanting to replace the lead acid batteries in an oldschool dell rackmount ups in my rack. Bit more involved than I’d hoped, but the batteries are so easy to obtain. The risk of burning the house down and killing my family currently outweighs the cool fufo factor, for now.

      Biggest issue is the differing sizes and shapes depending on the device. Lots are approx 16500 but you get the odball square or some tiny thing that’s half useless.

      That would be a cool ass project … Make sure you use a steel box for when it catches fire. I’d totally do it just for fun.

      The problemis that they are all different so recharging it safely is quite a challange
