    The deFROST button that looks like this?

    It is quite obviously defrosting the windshield. Its other use is removing condensation from the windshield.

      That’s the front and rear defrosts mate.

      Ones curved to show the front windshield, the others flat to show the back window.

        Yes, that’s what the thread was about. You claimed that cars defrost AC coils, not windows.
