I’ve had one removed from the bottom of my foot. No way I’m risking ass cancer.

Seriously kids, you’re not invincible. Protect your skin. I never sunburn, so I was always shirtless with no sunscreen when doing outside work.

Until my early 30s when the doc had to take a 1x3in sstrip off my back because the pre-cancerous 8mm punch biopsy didn’t have clean edges.

Finally went to a dermatologist for an official mole check (instead of asking my GP if a mole looked concerning), and she froze about 30 melanomas off my face that I didn’t even realize were cancer.

I’m reasonably confident that it’s only a matter of time before one metastasizes before I catch it.
