Roughly 96% of people polled by the Mirror US believe Donald Trump is the “dumbest president ever.”
The survey, conducted last week, asked 15,000 people to assess President Trump’s decision-making as the crucial 2026 midterm elections approach.
“‘Dumb’” is such a polite word," one commented.
“I think it’s pretty obvious to anyone with an IQ over 90. Even kids think he’s stupid,” another joked.
Trump is old enough to default to what works for him. To some this comes off as “smart”, but to most it comes off as dumb.
In all honesty, I think it’s mostly autopilot at this point. I’m old enough to recognize an autopilot when I see one (Hey, we’ve all been doing it from time to time). But his autopilot is driving him and everyone with him straight i to the ground.
