The cilantro lime crema is the kind with this consistency:

Making it is super easy. You just need a blender. Goes great with burritos, tacos, fries, veggies, etc😁
INGREDIENTS
Yields ~24 oz of sauce:
1 ¼ cups sour cream
3 jalapeños, roasted
3 small limes, juiced
1 cup cilantro
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder, or 2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin
Pinch of salt to taste
I’m going to try. It looks like the cilantro lime sauce Costco’s been selling.
I’ve never had the Costco one, but coincidentally I was looking at that sauce before finding this recipe. I hope you like it! At the least, it should provide a base to work with for any adjustments. For me, the right consistency was the priority. I didn’t want a smooth thick creamy sauce (like ranch) lol
I’m kinda wanting to sub avocado and Greek yogurt for some of that sour cream as a healthy upgrade, but of course sometimes such substitutions turn out disastrously. 😅
Anyway, the original sounds great. Too bad my acid-sensitive stomach can barely handle lime, anymore, maldita sea!
