Lmao your opinion is already compromised with the self admission of decaf coffee which in itself is an oxymoron.

It’s like saying sugar free Frappuccino!

Saying Decaf isn’t coffee is implying that caffeine is what makes coffee, coffee. I disagree with that assessment as I enjoy the flavor of coffee as well.

A frappuccino doesn’t need sugar to be a frappuccino. It needs milk (well, milkshake) and cappuccino. Neither of those is a pure sugar ingredient.

Decaffeination is often associated with less flavorful coffee because it is a bit tricky to remove only the caffeine and not any of the numerous flavor chemicals, and decaffeinated beans are notoriously difficult to roast properly.

The most-common methods of decaffeination involve chemical solvents, usually ethyl acetate or methylene chloride. In the direct method, the coffee beans are steamed and then rinsed repeatedly with the chemical solvent to flush away the caffeine.
