Not hearing someone say no the first 100 times is definitely the sign of a rapist.

    Release the Epstein files!!

New Englander here, can we go too? Joining New Brunswick would be ideal but we’ll join Quebec if we have to (though I doubt the Quebecoise would have us).

I think all of New England could be a province. These days, there’s not much point in being such small states.

It’s fine to take this opportunity for to review the governance and structure, but I think you should look at Prince Edward Island. This province has about 150k people. And there are 4 other provinces with under 1 million people (going by the 2021 numbers).

Just saying, the Canadian’s unwillingess to join the dumpster fire that is the US has only gotten stronger over this year. Also, Canada is a very, very, very big country to occupy even for the US military and it shares a HUGE border with the US. On a side note Ukraine is way smaller and still keeps blowing up Russian military and energy infrastructure deep inside Russia with drones despite having lost so much to Russian bombings…

The USA couldn’t even beat a bunch of terrorists with Toyota Hiluxs and rusty soviet weapons. What makes them think they’ll succeed in Canada?

Yeah we shouldn’t lie to ourselves. There’s just no way we can match the US’s military power in a conventional war, and the geography makes our cities, farmland and resources easily accessible to their forces.

But the guerrila warfare is what would get them leaving. It’s just a question of being patient, like the Talibans were.

What could go wrong, annexing a country with strong national identity and increasing ideological separation from the authoritarian shithole to their south? Hey, it worked in Austria back in 1938. I mean, the Austrians supported the idea but that’s just a matter of time for Canada, right?

This spray-painted animate turd needs to go.

Well that should convince the last of the Canadian snowbirds to divest themselves from whatever winter assets they’ve been holding on to. RIP Florida and Arizona housing markets - they won’t be back for at least a generation.

Send them a counter offer, 13 states, all government documents must have a French version applicable by law and all communications must be done bilingualy. Just to see how fast they chicken out!
