I sincerely hope that the courts take a look at this too. It might not make much difference today or next month. But hopefully captured information shared with the courts would assist.
The courts are worthless, they’ve passed on much more egregious and deadly consequences of ICE/DHS policy in the past, and they’re sure as shit not going to start taking things seriously because of unreasonable dress code restrictions denying visitors the chance to see their detained family/friends at detention centers.
