I do not have faith votes get counted correctly.

Be that as it may, there are still plenty of people walking around wearing Trump hats and t-shirts. Flying Trump flags on their houses, Trump bumper stickers on their cars…

And he still has a ~30% approval rating…

Yeah between public surveliance footage, ICE payroll documents, and other records the possibility of a brighter, less pathological future exists. Culling the population can work multiple ways.

Gotta push them out on the streets, then arrest them for homelessness, and put them in camps with the rest of the homeless. Or push them out on the streets, accuse them of mental illness, and put them in camps with the rest of the mentally ill.

Once they’re crammed into the these hastily-built camps (minimal facilities for hygiene, nutrition, medical care, or even heating/cooling) – well, we wouldn’t want anyone to have to pay to support them, they should support themselves! I’m sure there are corporations that would live to rent them for a few dollars an hour, and we can use that money to pay for food and stuff - except someone will skim off most of that money. Then between the overwork and the lack of nutrition, hygiene and healthcare, the social murder machine will be all set to run!

Don’t forget, if they’re young enough and cute enough, sex slavery awaits, just like in the gulags. Republican perverts (redundant I know) and pedos will get first pick, and at low-low prices.

Even the Nazis, the literal ones from the 30s and 40s, were not as inhumane as we treat our homeless, chronically ill, an disabled.

At least they would outright murder them while here they end up dead behind dumpsters or just outside hospitals. I did a lot of volunteer and community work until I had reached my limit of seeing how fucked up things are at the bottom.

I really wouldn’t be downplaying how the Nazis treated disabled people. They were literally experimented on, tortured while still alive in some of the most horrific ways until they died. Disabled children were taken from their parents (sometimes willing, sometimes not) and abused until they died. Some of the parents would realize that the situation was not what they thought it was and try to get their child back but couldn’t. There are letters from teenagers writing to their parents - “I am going to die here” (in the institution) because the parents weren’t able to get them out. Those kids did die. And we don’t even have the full scope of numbers because documentation was destroyed and deaths were simply labelled as pneumonia when there were clearly other things at play.

I don’t think comparison is helpful here. Disabled people have ALWAYS been treated like shit by a large amount of society and people in power. Some of it has changed over time, going back way further than the 1930/40s, some of it has improved but not as much as people would like to think sadly.

There’s still a lot of deep seated ableism that permeates through society which is why any progress in the way disabled people are spoken to, about and how we’re treated in general, is so incredibly painstakingly slow and often feels like one half step forward, whoaaa that’s a bit too much, shuffle back 3 steps!

We’re spending all this money on detention centers and ICE and we’re going to run out of immigrants eventually. Gotta have the next group of people ready so all that money doesn’t go to waste and we don’t have to lay off our newly hired thugs.

That’s so depressing, especially since I just saw a post about the US spending $25 billion already in one month of this pointless war in Iran.

The level of corruption is so absurd. Can’t even put it into words…

it was 90bn on luxury vacationing, and dining, likely also included some of the spending on the war machine, but most probably went to that, and contracting.

Probably two different articles. I have no doubts that they also pilfered 90bn taxpayer dollars for their own pleasure and amusement, but that’s a separate pot of money from the $25bn spent on Operation Epstein’s Fury.

And everyone who supports him with their money or with their vote.
