    The parents sued, calling it a “secret gender transition plan” and arguing the school violated their constitutional rights by withholding information about their child’s gender identity.

    These parents are bad. If they were reasonable people their child would feel comfortable talking to them.

        i don’t know, there is a whole world out there with an interest to manipulate, exploit, and abuse children (and people generally). a few parents can only do so much to protect their children from that. they need support from a larger community.

        of course parents in this case are horrible and abusive and not fighting some actual big evil, and states are a pretty bad replacement for actual community support.
