At least based on what’s on the cat, I don’t think there’s any actual brassiere part to it. It looks like it’s just the straps and any top/bra she has on is being worn separately

they’re usually standalone lingerie pieces and don’t clip to anything. also this type isn’t designed to be load bearing so no carabiniers are involved. unless the person wearing it is also into carabiniers
