      The majority of SCOTUS “believes” in Unitary Executive Theory. Well, they don’t really believe in anything but they stand to personally benefit from trump having more power so they pretend to believe in it.

      What that basically means is that the president can order literally anyone in the Executive to do basically anything, and fire them if they refuse.

      In this case this means that the president can order USBGN to define the new name of the lake “for use on maps and other publications of Federal agencies”. His lawyers then end the order with some legal babble magic words intended to fit it into the framework of SCOTUS’s fake beliefs - cute.

      He technically can’t force anyone else to use the name but he can threaten withholding funding or pausing federal contracts or expulsion from press meetings if he wants to force some company to comply. So in practice he can force any big american enterprise to use the new name too, even though he doesn’t really need to because most oligarchs are fully aligned with him anyways.

    Someone had to write this out. So one of his fucking aids saw his post and got to work writing up this nonsense. So if I check that lake out on Google maps will it be changed? Just check so far it still named the correct name.

      See, here’s the thing…

      Back in 2024 some leaked plans for something called “project 2025” were leaked. Everything (with the exception of renaming a lake) that is happening right now, was on that list. They WANT food to be tainted. They WANT people to die from preventable disease like the measles (so far I’ve heard of 3 children dying from it), they WANT ICE to kidnap and kill legal citizens. They WANT housing prices to become unaffordable.

      None of what is happening now is a mistake. None of this is a coincidence. The suffering is the point. They aren’t choosing to focus on this lake INSTEAD of those other things. They ARE focusing all the things you mentioned. It’s just that this environment that they’ve created is what they consider success. This is the same president that in 2020 intentionally prolonged the covid virus because his mentality was that it would kill more people in cities than in rural areas. Which would mean more democrat voters die than republican voters. HE INTENTIONALLY SET OUT TO KILL AMERICANS!!! HE’S CURRENTLY IN ANOTHER UNRELATED PLAN TO KILL AMERICANS!!! THIS IS THE PLAN!!!

      I’m sorry for yelling, but this idea that the republicans are just a bunch of bumbling idiots who are failing infuriates me, because it allows them to KEEP FUCKING DOING IT!!! Just as they have for the last 10 years.
