There’s something deeply disturbing that people keep insisting on but I don’t understand: apparently we should be looking ppl in the eyes or something like that.

The irony of finally finding ‘my people’ at the point in my life where I have no ability or desire left in me to even attempt social interaction beyond non-sequiturs and memes.

unable to understand social interactions and people on a fundamental level choose a bachelor degree in literally the study of human mind - Psychology realise there is nothing fundamental about people, we are all subject to an innumerable amount of factors, and social interactions and psychology are culture-based and ultimately arbitrary

All because westernised NTs demanded I have the perfect amount of eye-contact while we spoke about the weather

Smile. Show your teeth. Make eye contact. DO NOT break eye contact. Listen actively. Listen to what they’re saying until they stop talking. Generate and vocalize a question or comment relevant to the conversational topic at hand. Repeat until they retreat in confusion/annoyance/terror.

Congratulations. You have won at Socializing.
