I have one very simple question:

    Who … are … his … parents?

Based on his LinkedIn, and what appeared in the story, I’m not sure what sets him apart from thousands of other wannabe MAGA assholes.

Which triggers my spideysense. Well that and the arrogant fucking faces he’s putting out into the interwebs like he’s Don Juan De La Nooch.

My guess is he’s probably a nepo-baby and his folks are either influential or made a ‘donation’ to get him appointed.

    To quote Ocean’s Eleven:

“Never heard of him.” “That’s why I don’t doubt it.”

He interned at the Heritage Foundation.

I wouldn’t rule out “favors” being exchanged.

        100%

Now if this guy was some kind of prodigy, that would explain the face. But the stories I’ve seen paint him as your typical dipshit, 20-something MAGAt.

Minus that, there’s a level of entitlement oozing from his face that screams “I think I’m somebody important because my dad/uncle/mom/lover thinks I am.”

Did he find him at the Four Seasons?

Thing is though, headline means nothing; I used to run a landscaping business and work in retail back in college, so I’d probably fit that description too. All it means is the guy knows how to actually work.

Although at 22, there isn’t really enough passage of time for useful management experience.

That is his entire resume though. It’s not a “back in college” thing when you are fresh out of college.

Yeah, the focus the landscaping part is weird. It seems more relevant to me that 5 years ago, he was in high school, rather than that he did landscaping.

Yeah, the headline means plenty… It means that he’s breathtakingly unqualified to hold the position he’s been given, just like you would have been as well. Though it sounds like you might actually have the sense to recognize that and (hopefully) wouldn’t have taken such a position, thereby endangering the population at large.

AOC was a waitress, let’s shit on shitty people for their shitty actions. Let’s not shit on them because they worked “unskilled jobs” that’s just elitism. I’m sure this guy has skeletons in his 22 year old closet, but being a gardener isn’t one of them.

AOC was a waitress after attending Boston University where she double-majored in international relations and economics.

Fugate (the chode in the picture) attended UT SA until 2024 with no documented majors. no military experience. no counterterrorism training.

he did work as an intern at the Heritage Foundation until his appointment to this current position.

so tell me, why do you feel the need to draw a relationship between Fugate and AOC when they are obviously no where near related?

The connection is simply the hypocrisy of republicans who yell about AOC being underqualified, while being totally ok with someone actually completely unqualified.

You bring up another point, the whole need to point out someone’s university education. Just as elitist implying that people who aren’t college educated are idiots. It’s champagne liberalism, trying to be a leftist while looking down your nose at people who couldn’t afford or get to have a university education.

I don’t care about her education. You don’t need that to be a good person or leader. I just drew the comparison because it’s clear and obvious.

I’m sure fugate is very unqualified, but it has nothing to do with his past work as a gardener. Stop being so stuck up

This is why the American left is drowning, after catching fire. The rest of us around the world are all watching it in disbelief. Just like the American right, you guys just really gave in to divisiveness and hate and looking down on others. Can’t say im not enjoying watching you all drown

so you’re fine if your doctor practices medicine without any degree?

you find it acceptable if a surgeon performed open heart surgery on a family member without any experience in human anatomy?

in your perspective it’s preferred to have an EMT have the training and life experience of a taxi driver?

The fact IS that a person in the cabinet SHOULD have actual expertise on the subject. Congress IS for the people so anyone should be able to represent the people.

How do you think is ok that someone with NO combat/military experience leads the fucking U.S Terror prevention, it has nothing to do with him being a gardener, he could be a doctor and my opinion would be the same, he isn’t qualified for the job, simple as that.

How difficult is it to ask for a person assigned to the cabinet to be qualified to take decisions on the matter?

@GreenKnight23 I have to remind myself now and then that around ten thousand people are new to the Internet every day. That includes people as insufferably tiresome as you.

It’s not that you don’t have a point. You do. Or whether you’re ‘wrong’. That’s irrelevant. It’s that you’re being such an asshole about it.

Luckily, modern tools let us permanently block people who just want to pick fights for the sake of it.

            Bye.

Not sure why this isn’t clear to you, but being a gardener is brought up because it’s almost the only job experience he has, and it is obviously not related to counter terrorism. It is not mentioned with the intent of criticizing gardeners.

It doesn’t mean they have no skills. Just that the job doesn’t require a specific set of skills or knowledge, unlike a cabinet position.

I guess what this is really about is that just like wokeism or the Democrats as they use minorities as human shields, the right wing also likes to appeal to the working class. But in reality, the elite don’t need experts. They just need people to follow orders. Which means the beatings will continue until the moral improves. You have to be able to sacrifice your child to the son gawd as well as your Machavillian abilities to do the deed. The real issue here is that most Yankee pig dogs don’t have the ability to accurately communicate the issues so we just live in a world of memes. Like, we are nothing but a reactionary mob because we allow ourselves to be a reactionary mob. And this is perfect for the police state because it gives the justification because of optics to beat the shit out of us when we try to fight back. And it is through the left and right paradigm that they maintain the social order. VIA DIVIDE and Rule. Careful what they do overseas because it’s going to come back to you and me. I’ve lived long enough and I know America is getting what it deserves and there’s more to come. It’s just right around the corner. We either seize the means of production or we lock ourselves in our own chains. Voting Democrat won’t change a thing. And it’s all the same to those that can afford to pay off the corrupt police who nowadays have deputy gangs. Welcome to the Lords and Ladies of the Clown Kingdumb. You know, you kinda get peace of mind knowing that regardless of your own outcome, these individuals will face consequences. It is a mad world. If your on the side of the truth you don’t need validation. We have seen all of this before. If you are literate and study history you know what comes next. It is easy to be a prophet when there is nothing new under the son

"Since leaving college, Fugate has had a meteoric rise in the political world, having served as an “advance team member” on President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign, according to his LinkedIn page.

An avowed Republican, he also interned at the Heritage Foundation…

Fugate was reportedly hired as a “special assistant” in an immigration office at the DHS in February, according to ProPublica. He then took over CP3 after its previous director quit."

Now more than ever, I am convinced that the Trump administration is praying for a terrorist attack as soon as possible. They want to enact their own version of the patriot act and scrape away any and all constitutional protections we all take for granted. I’m also positive they are hoping one will occur before the 2026 election cycle which could replace a vast majority of Republican congressmen due to negative perception of Republicans at the moment.
