They’re going to wheel his corpse onto the Senate floor and have someone push the button for his vote.

From what I can tell, this video was taken as they arrived to transport him, then later another one was taken when he was actually brought out of the house and put into the limo. Then more video was taken of him being wheeled around in the safe space Senate Chamber, but out in the hallway, only photos were allowed to be taken, no video.
So my guess is, he’s non-verbal and they’re going to wheel him around and help him push the right button to vote when they need his vote on something. So far I haven’t seen – more importantly heard any footage of him actually speaking. In the video I linked with him being wheeled out, he doesn’t speak but does a “thumbs up” once, and in the car we see he has a blank expression and mindless grin.
Yeah his constant unchanging expression gives me the heebs.
And that was even before the stroke!

Senate staff not to take video of his remarks in the second-floor hallway, even though video is often permitted in that area. Still images were allowed.
And the press, being completely controlled by the government offered absolutely NO pushback to this. Freedom of the press? An well informed public? “Most transparent government”? Buncha bullshit. You will only hear what the party wants you to hear.

The video from TMZ has him giving thumbs up to people, and looking around with an empty smile. I don’t think he’s in a vegetative state, but he does seem impaired.

I’m seeing conflicting reports. Newsweek says he did not show, and his staffers released a statement. CBS says he was seen in public and at the senate. Still have set to see any video evidence of this.
