Capitalism is when private equity acquires basically all of the bricks, mass produces their own intentionally inferior bricks in a country with no labour protections, and charges you a monthly subscription fee for every brick they sold you at a 110% profit margin
And at the end you have no community, lots of debt, a broken body, and nothing to show for it.
But the landlords, banks and shareholders are all very wealthy.
