I mean that if someone is intelligent/educated/curious/enough of a mere science enjoyer if not well educated themselves,
to for instance, know that you need radiators to dump heat in space,
how has that person not already noticed Elon Musk showing his ass?
Yeah, it’s not happening without a revolution. And I don’t just say that because I would prefer humanity survive its own stupidity. The way healthcare is organised in the US is so far gone that
Huh…you told us this was impossible, but here it is, and it actually works far better for the absence of profit-seekers.
Now a terrible burden of socioeconomic pressure has been lifted. Wait…what else have you been lying to us about? What assumptions have I grown up with that were not my own?
I know everyone’s got a different set of filters but how does it take one until the cool things in space post to find out, if they’re curious enough to know of space radiators already?
They the Democrats, not one particular head of the hydra.
Whoever replaces them, if they even bother with the theatre.
After seeing them frame going after their supposed political enemies for the illegal bad shit they’ve done as childish and unnecessary so soon after they were voted in I wouldn’t be shocked if they simply didn’t even address this.
You can and should.
A little deliberate compartmentalisation can be healthy. If you can’t make yourself forget for a day, try hours or even minutes. Set yourself some time in which if you think of these things you say to yourself “not now”.
Just like we practised, teleport around at random and take up the whole frame when on camera.
The LLM / image gen AI centipede.
That people would still look at it and call it messing up or fumbling is why they’ve been able to run the same scam for decades.
There are people, it is true—nay, a great many people—who smile at such things, because they are not sensitive to noise; but they are just the very people who are also not sensitive to argument, or thought, or poetry, or art, in a word, to any kind of intellectual influence. The reason of it is that the tissue of their brains is of a very rough and coarse quality.
Doesn’t have the flash of UE
I’m guessing (I haven’t used UE) that’s largely because UE adds a lot of graphics effects for the dev by default whereas in Godot you start with more of a blank slate. So something made by an inexperienced dev will look better (and run poorly) in UE.
I don’t remember if they mentioned that explicitly in this vid:
He didn’t even give people time to enjoy the fantasy.
Something surprisingly few people get about AI is if it had any intelligence at all it would surpass us blindingly fast, no matter the starting point.
It’s never going to be in the news that thinking machines got 23% smarter over the last month or three.
There’s an old comic I wish I could locate that has people standing at a train platform awaiting superintelligence. Nothing happens, then someone staring down the track says I think I see- whoosh and it’s already gone.
Putin’s Razor: Never attribute to self-own that which could easily be blamed on Russia.
I figured that was already a euphemism for shitting yourself.
I didn’t say brain dead, I said wilfully ignorant with words that included “brain”.
You lot are so practiced in misrepresenting the argument it’s like a flow state huh.
We can all decide the government should take their money, and politicians can do exactly what capital wants as always.
I can’t wait for all this to be long forgotten when we’re being loudly told all over again how important voting (and nothing else) is.
Almost mentioned that but cut for brevity.
I thought ‘everyone’ learned this around the path of exile fiasco.
