Even worse - he named his space vessels ‘Starship’ - implying that they have the ability to travel between stars.

They will study this man’s narcissism in future history classes alongside Trump. The era of the ego.

I would argue that its purpose as a probe outweighs its purpose as a ship, as such the specification of probe would still outweigh it being a starship by technicality.

Steamships don’t sail on steam, but they’re called steamships anyway because they have steam in them. Elon Musk’s spaceships don’t use up every bit of volume contained within them, therefore they contain space.

Better than letting the shitstain get free advertising for his companies by conducting a non-critical interview about spaceships. The era where people thought of him as some kind of Tony Stark really should be over, and any journalists conducting interviews with that premise are just serving his cause.

Months? Its always been like this. News media is a loss-maker, you dont get promoted if youre not an effective propagandist for the owners, you don’t get interviews with powerful figures if they dont expect it to benefit them. When the press core was informed, for the first time, that we had invaded Panama, their question weren’t “wtf what do you mean we just invaded a foreign country” or “how many civilians died”, it was “did any americans due”

I actually disagree, Elon has been a high profile, staunch supporter of the Republicans and Trump for a while now and was at a high level position with a lot of influence on the government (head of DOGE), and still has significant influence on Republicans, I think it’s only natural to ask someone like that their opinions on government policy.

This was somewhat gutsy of the reporter to ask, but when Elmo dodged like that he should have said, “Well I guess that’s the interview over. We’ll just air this clip and get about 10 million views. Should pay for our time here nicely.” And then left the Nazi prick to sit and stew in his own shit.
