Far more complicated than what you’re imagining. While some idiots are probably falling for AI articles suggesting you should drink your own urine the concept of urine and feces having medicinal value is ancient and we’re seeing these topics pop-up online because over past 10-15 years the share of internet users from these countries has exploded.

That’s sadly the use of AI in today’s world, to drum up support about anything and give it a facade of professionalism that gets harder to tell as fake each passing day. Nukes in the hands of private corporations selling themselves to the highest bidder that will one day start blowing up entire nations. If you were to tell me the group was made by some rich guy trying to see how many people he could con with his AI to drink their own piss, I would not be surprised.
