This is all about a stupid religion war.

Religion is bad, people. They make you believe in things that don’t exist, they dictate your actions and worse, if you get an ounce of power, they make you a megalomaniac.

ROFL It would be interesting if the Satanic Church also decided to use the voucher program too, that would be the cherry on top. Sometimes protesting a dumb law is using it as intended.

Scientologists to, then when tax payers are funding all these religious private schools and seeing their taxes go up maybe they’ll think public was better.

I’ll go ahead and say it, I don’t think they should. TST is all about free speech, and while this is tangentially related, getting government money has never been their jam. And I kinda dig that about them.

This is true, I love what they’ve been doing to support abortion rights with clinics that have the most hilarious names; if they get their ball in the court, this Christian Nationalist Scheme will collapse.

Well, religious people are stupid, republicans are stupid, people from Florida are stupid, so there’s no way they were smart enough to think that their silly little vouchers would be used by anyone else

    Because they’re stupid.

They probably had to ignore anyone telling them it was going to happen, because those people were probably - EWWW, GROSS, COOTIES! - liberals. And there is no way that the liberals could be right, right?

It’s really crazy how deep religion runs with people. It destroys their political stance, their morals, their empathy, their daily life, and the ability to grow.

I really hate how cult-like religion is and it only gets worse with time.

Very amusing but they’ll just change the law to specify Christians and that will be that.

This is just one example of why the Christian Nationalists want to do away with the Constitution. Especially that pesky First Amendment with those godless Freedoms of Religion, Speech, Press, and Assembly! It totally undermines the authority of the Theocracy they are working to establish and so must be abolished!

Once they have the Theocracy in place, the sectarian wars will quickly begin. Which christian sect will prevail? Place your bets!
